All-On-Implants Bridge / Teeth In A Day

All-on-Implants Bridges, also referred to as Teeth in a Day, have been designed to improve the quality of life for Full Denture wearers and people whose remaining teeth are no longer stable. The concept requires that a surgeon, dental lab professional and restorative dentist collaborate to build an entire arch of teeth which are secured to and supported by a number of dental implants.

Within the dental industry, including a large national chain, the number of dental implants is four. At Dutch Neck Dental, we have formed a consensus with our team of surgeons that five to six implants are the ideal number to adequately support a prosthesis of this type for the life of the patient. It is therefore our goal to build every case on a minimum of five implants, six if conditions allow, for the same fee as All-on-4 Implants cases.

After determining that a patient is an ideal candidate for this procedure, two to three appointments are scheduled to take digital scans and to begin to fabricate the arch of teeth so that they look and function perfectly for that individual. Then, in a single visit, any remaining teeth are removed, the implants are placed and the prosthesis is fastened to the implants. At this point, the patient can eat that same day on teeth which are stable and unmoving. After several months of healing, a permanent prosthesis is made on the now fully integrated implants.

What makes Dutch Neck Dental unique is all of this is done for one “universal fee” which includes every aspect of this procedure including both hybrid dentures. Contact our office today and make an appointment to speak with Dr. Ira Goldstine to discuss your particular case.
